your podcast. Our Free account enables you to test the waters, while our Professional and Storage
accounts give you the flexibility you want.
Our Professional and Storage accounts are prepaid products. You can purchase 1 month, 3 months,
6 months, or 1 year at a time. You can upgrade or extend at any time.
There are generally three ways a podcast hosting service can charge for its services:
- by bandwidth (the amount of network traffic generated by your downloads, measured in gigabyes per month)
- by storage (the size of the media files you have on the hosting service's servers, measured in megabytes)
- by upload (the size of the media files you send to the hosting service each month, measured in megabytes)
In some cases, a hosting service will use a combination of these three. At Podcast Spot, we like simple solutions -
especially ones that result in a benefit to you. That's why we charge only based on upload. It doesn't
matter how many downloads you get, or how many files you store with us. You pay based on how much you podcast
each month. No guesswork, no surprising bills, no fuss.
Free and Professional accounts include all of our features, while Storage accounts are perfect
for the podcaster who wants to run their own website. Please see our features page

Welcome to the ultimate in flexibility. With our Reserve Upload Quota (available to all Storage/Pro accounts), you can purchase additional
upload quota with no time limits! Let's say you have 100 MB of monthly upload, and you've used 90 MB.
Normally you wouldn't be able to upload a 15 MB file, but if you have 100 MB of reserve upload, we'll simply take
the 5 MB from there, and you'll still have 95 MB to use at any time. Simple!
In the event that your account reverts to a Free account (such as when your prepaid period expires), any Reserve
Upload Quota will remain in place for seven days, after which it will be removed.
We accept payment through
PayPal.
Unfortunately as our accounts are prepaid, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure you choose an appropriate
length of time when you make your purchase. If you're just starting out, we recommend purchasing one month at a time
until you're comfortable with our service.
Similarly, we do not offer cancelations. In the event that your prepaid time runs out, your account will simply
revert back to a Free account (but no data will be deleted or made unavailable).
